Trails West has established comprehensive player evaluation guidelines to ensure fairness to all players which can be viewed by clicking the button below. The Trails West executive would like to thank all members who participated in the review process as well as those who provided feedback from previous years.

TWHA Evaluation Appeal Procedure
During evaluations, members can direct questions to the applicable age division Vice President, Operations.
After evaluations, formal appeals regarding player placement must be submitted using the TWHA Appeal Procedure & Form (see button below).

Appeal Submission
Submit the completed form to president@trailswesthockey.com , cc’ing the relevant Vice-President, Operations, and e-transfer $250 CAD (the Appeal Fee) to treasurer@trailswesthockey.com.
Before appealing, review the TWHA Evaluation Guidelines and follow the ’24-hour’ rule.
RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION IS APPRECIATED- WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS!
