TWHA Evaluation Appeal Procedure
IMPORTANT:During evaluations, members can direct questions to the applicable age division Vice President, Operations.
After evaluations, formal appeals regarding player placement must be submitted using the TWHA Appeal Procedure & Form (see button below).

Appeal Submission
Submit the completed form to president@trailswesthockey.com , cc’ing the relevant Vice-President, Operations, and e-transfer $250 CAD (the Appeal Fee) to treasurer@trailswesthockey.com.
Before appealing, review the TWHA Evaluation Guidelines and follow the ’24-hour’ rule.
