Trails West Minor Hockey Association is accepting applications for commited, experienced Head Coach to guide and inspire our athletes into the future.

We are currently accepting applications for:  

-  U13AA Hockey Alberta Program (brand new program for 2025/2026) 

- U15 Division 1 & U18 Division 1 

Here’s what you’ll get to do:
- Foster a positive, hardworking, team-first environment
- Support player development both on and off the ice
- Work closely with a committed group of coaches and volunteers
- Be a key part of a respected and community-driven hockey association

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Brings a high level of previous coaching expertise 
- A genuine passion for mentorship and player growth

No coaching experience? We are also looking for assistant coaches looking to gain hands-on experience at all levels.
